His dual musical and theatrical training has enabled him to stage operas (Tosca, Orphée et Eurydice, Paillasse, ...), musical theater creations (Contes sans frontières, FestivalVille en lumières de la ville de Troyes, Légendes parisiennes, #hashtags, Flop, Jack l'éventreur de Whitechapel, Un chant de Noël, Contre-temps, ...) and plays such as La leçonIonesco at the Mouffetard and Lucernaire theaters, and Anna attend l'amour at the Mathurins theater. ) In 2018, he created Comédiens! at the Théâtre de la Huchette, then L'homme de Schrödinger at the Artistic Théâtre the following year, for which he won the Trophées de la Comédie Musicale for best author and best director two years running.

As a composer, he received support from the SACD's Fonds de Création Lyrique for his opera Le dernier jour and wrote the arrangements of Wagner's Flying Dutchman published by Universal/Ricordi, as well as Mozart's Don Giovanni for the Nouvelle Troupe Lyrique. He composed the music for the ballet Derviche mon amour and the incidental music for several plays, including Roméo et Juliette and Dom Juan by Cie Chouchenko.

With Kreypt, a 3.0 art atelier that blends contemporary art and blockchain, he demonstrates how technology can be integrated as a creative tool in artistic creation. It aims to push the boundaries of artistic expression and engages in modern, intermedia projects such as the first French virtual choir The Show Must Go On, seen over ten million times on media and networks worldwide in 2020, innovative shows like " C-o-n-t-a-c-t, a distanced 2.0 theatrical experience, which was exported in several languages and a dozen countries and The Cyber-Magic Flute at the Opéra de Vichy, a hyperconnected show using all the new video, streaming and videoconferencing technologies. Samuel SENE's approach is based on the conviction that technological tools, when used wisely, can transcend the traditional boundaries of art, allowing creators to explore new territories while questioning our relationship with the digital world.
